Could you tell me your current goal as a head coach and the reason why you set this goal?

現在掲げているヘッドコーチとして掲げている目標とその目標を掲げた理由をお教えください。

A1
Our goal as a team is to get better every single day and become the best team we can be.  As the head coach I try to do my best to help this team achieve that goal, to hold the team to certain standards and try to do my part in creating a great culture.  As our team slogan states, we are striving for greatness.  That goes beyond just wins and losses.  We want to create something special here in Shinshu.
We want to be the best team in Japan.  However, the reason that we say our goal is to get better every day is that we truly believe any success we have will all depend on the process and the work we put in every day.  

チームとしての目標は、日々成長し、我々がなれる最高のチームになること。
ヘッドコーチとしては、チームがその目標を達成するためにベストを尽くし、チームがある一定の基準を保ち、素晴らしい文化を生み出していけるような役割を担いたいと思っています。チームのスローガンが示す通り、我々は最高のチームを目指して励んでいます。それは単なる勝ち負けという概念を飛び越え、特別な“何か”をここ信州でクリエイトしたいと考えています。
我々は日本で最高のチームになりたい。そのために日々成長という目標を掲げています。それは、どんな成功も日々のプロセスや努力してきたこと次第であると心から信じているからです。
