I think you have some important things as a coach.
Are there any quotas to meet that you assign to yourself?
And also, I would like to know the reason why you assign it to yourself.

コーチとして大事にしていることがいくつかあるかと思います。
自分が自分に課している乗り越えるべきノルマはございますか？
それを課した理由もお教えください。

I don’t look at them as ‘quotas,’ but just like I demand out of the players, I try to get better every day as well.  Whether it be my relationships and how I communicate with players, to teaching the fundamentals, or the x’s and o’s of the game, I try to be a better coach every day, every season.  I love this game, I care deeply about this game and my craft, and that is why I want to continue to improve.

“ノルマ”という捉え方はしていませんが、私は自分が選手に要求していることと同じように、自分自身が日々成長しようとしています。選手たちとの関係性やコミュニケーションの取り方であったり、バスケットの基礎や戦術の教え方であったり、よりよいコーチになるために毎日、毎シーズン努めています。私はバスケを愛しているので、バスケのこととコーチという職業を大事に思っています。そういった理由で私自身成長し続けたいと思っています。
