Were there any changes of your thinking after you started coaching?

コーチングをスタートさせて、自身の考え方に変化はございましたか？

I was always a student of the game so that part was no different even after becoming a coach.  My core values have never changed in terms of the respect for the game and wanting to play the right way.  But of course through trial and error, with different experiences, the way I coach has evolved over the years.  

私はバスケから常に学びを得てきたので、コーチになった後もそれは変わりませんでした。バスケへの敬意や正しくプレーしたいということに関して、私の基本理念は決して変わりません。しかし、もちろん試行錯誤しながら、さまざまな経験を通じ、私の指導方法は年を重ねるごとに進化し続けようとしています。
